HI RI2K is a VK Commodore burnout car that travels to and competes at competitions all across Eastern and Central Australia. HI RI2K is a 1985 Holden VK Commodore, built for the sole purpose of one thing only, BURNOUTS! The car was built with a purpose and a vision, not just to shred tyres but to look good while doing it! The car is powered by a Brinks Performance built LS1 with all the goodies to keep it running at its peak, fuelled by a Holley E85 Carburettor that makes this little engine combo absolutely scream! Backed by a rock solid T400 transmission, also built by Brinks Performance to convert all that horsepower into vast clouds of smoke. Based out of Townsville, North QLD, I have travelled to many competitions across Eastern Australia from Mareeba in Far North QLD to as far as Canberra in the ACT with many places in between, as well as far west as Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. We plan to travel to and compete at many more competitions all across the country one day. I have been incredibly lucky and humbled by earning 2 Burnout Masters tickets in the past to go and compete at the highest level of burnouts against the toughest cars in the country which was an absolute honour to be apart of and hopefully continue being apart of. We represent a lot of businesses, some big and some small that have and continue to support us to compete in this awesome sport and we are very proud to represent them at these events!
